Shipping policy
We offer next day delivery to Dubai & Sharjahwith a minimum order of AED 199 and minimum order of AED 500 to other cities (excluding special occasions like Valentine’s Day). Delivery fee is AED 75 to Dubai and 200 dhs to other cities.
We also offer same day express delivery for an additional AED 100 if order is placed before 1 pm. During peak seasons, extra charges may apply.
Personalised Gifts (Customized Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, Embroided, Canvas, & Design Cakes cannot be delivered on the same day.
Our delivery timings are between 10 am to 7 pm. We cannot confirm a specific delivery time, however you can request in the 'Special Instructions' box for a specific time-frame and we will try our best to deliver during that time frame.
We will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that delivery will be on the requested delivery date and during the delivery timeframe. We cannot guarantee the time of delivery due to traffic, parking difficulties or delays from previous orders / deliveries.
A few products may not be available for same day delivery. Such information is given in the respective product page & in the terms & conditions. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to the designated recipient's address.
Edible gifts which contain food items must be consumed immediately or shortly after delivery. We are not held responsible if the edible items are left for a period of time after which they are expired. This includes cakes, chocolates, bakery items and all edible packed items inside hampers and any other gift.
